GPT Halverton appoints new Managing Director of Germany (DE)

GPT Halverton, a leading pan European real estate investment manager, announces today that it has appointed a new Managing Director for Germany, Mr Joachim Mozoni-Frosconi.
Joachim has more than 16 years experience in the management of real estate through various senior management positions at major German banks and financial institutions. Prior to joining GPT Halverton, Joachim managed a real estate consultancy firm advising national and international investors on financial strategies for commercial real estate portfolios in Germany with particular expertise in developing and implementing optimal organizational structures and processes.

Jonathan Johnstone, Chairman of GPT Halverton, said, "The appointment of Joachim continues GPT Halverton's strategy of utilising the best local expertise in the markets in which we operate to strengthen our pan European real estate investment management business."

Marco Reijven, Chief Operating Officer for GPT Halverton in Germany and the Netherlands, commented, "We are delighted to have Joachim join GPT Halverton to head up our German operations. Joachim brings with him a wealth of real estate knowledge and experience and we look forward to utilizing his operational expertise."

GPT Halverton has approximately €1 billion of real estate investments in Germany across five funds managed on behalf of institutional investors. Joachim will oversee the German business including GPT Halverton's three offices in Germany: Frankfurt, Berlin and Düsseldorf.

On his appointment, Joachim said, "I very much look forward to joining the team at GPT Halverton and I recognise that, especially in this market, managing our assets well and ensuring our operations are optimised is key for our investors and to our shared future success."
